This was the first holiday I had without my dad. For those who didn’t know, my dad passed away 2 weeks ago and I have recently returned from out of the state where I joined my family in laying him to rest. Though I can’t quite bring myself to put up a perky, quirky, happy post about the current theme (grieving is really tough) I have posted links to the other Snippet Saturday authors so you can enjoy their excerpts.
